Europcar Italy took money from my card without any notification or message. When I called them (in Russian office) they told me that it is looks like i crossed some traffic rule, but they also did not get any confirmation or explanation.
If I crossed traffic rules I will pay penalty, but I do not understand why they silently took money from my card after 3 mounth from returning of a car.
