We ordered a ford fiesta or similar for collection at Paphos airport, this was okay and we found we had been given a nissan note. Within two days the air-conditioning stopped working so we went to the office in paphos to complain and arranged for another car to be delivered to our hotel the next day and was told to top up the car up with fuel and the next car would have a full tank. So to my surprise i had been given a daewoo lanos that was about 10 years old and in a very poor condition it had no europcar stickers on it which seemed a bit suspect. So once inside the car it only had a three quarters of a tank of fuel where as i was told it would be full and the brake pedal virtually touched the floor when applied and also on closer inspection the glove box contained sombody's personnel belongings and a photo copy of a passport.Once again this meant a trip back to the office where i spoke to the agent and told him the problems with the car and seemed shocked when told about the items in the glove box which he personally took a look for himself and was not pleased but did claim it was part of the fleet which i took with a large pinch of salt.So i was given yet another car this was okay but i will not be using this company or any associated with it again or reccommend to others. I chose this company because they seemed to be good mid range value but not again.
