I recently (early July 2015) rented a car from Enterprise Car Hire at Bristol Airport. The manager knew my flight was due to arrive around 11.30pm, but he nonetheless agreed that they would wait for me to turn up. Expecting Ryanair to touch down a bit earlier than they say, I was dismayed when they were bang on time. This necessitated a run from the plane (the plane landed at the farthest point of the runway) to passport control & then onwards to the Enterprise office which unfortunately for me was by the entrance to the airport. Despite arriving at their desk at 11.50pm, the 2 guys on duty waited for me. Most other companies would have closed & cancelled my booking. I was so relieved & impressed by these 2 guys, who were calm & pleasant to deal with, whereas I was very hot, flustered & panicky that the office would have closed! Needless to say they processed my booking & went straight off duty!

Additionally I asked halfway through my booking period if I could hire a child car seat (in the event I didn't need to). Again the manager dealt with my enquiry & was prepared to hire the seat for the last 3 days of my stay for a pro-rata rate. How many other companies would do that?
I take my hat off to you (even though I don't wear one!) you 3 guys for being patient, understanding & cheery; great people to do business with. I won't hesitate to book with you again.
