Efficient, polite & friendly

Rented around Christmas from their Nottingham City centre branch.

Pros:
1. Efficient - even though they were quite busy when renting or returning the car, I did not have to wait much
2. Polite - the staff were very polite and friendly. Offered mince pies and chocolates at least 3 times :).
3. Good induction
4. When I returned the car they inspected it for damage in about 30sec i.e. I felt they were not looking for a way to charge more
5. Found a voucher that reduced my excess to $0 and provided some discount on daily rates - staff honoured the deal although excess of $0 is not a company policy anymore
6. Gave me 1/2 tank free for my next rental as I pre-paid my fuel and returned the car with 1/2 tank full.

Cons:
1. Working time around Christmas and New Year's was not great which meant I had to rent for longer period, hence pay more than I wanted to pay
2. The car was equipped with summer tires (although December) - started snowing one day and made driving a bit more interesting

Please note that this was my first rental (ever) so I cannot compare them with another company.
