Please never book an enterprise car on line, the conformation notice does not reflect if you booked a an automatic or manual car. So if you have made a misktske such as booking a manual instead of an automatic you will not know until you go to collect the car. This is what happened to my mother and enterprise bristol airport charged my elderly parents £828.00 for 12 days car hire for an automatic car.
We made a complaint and so far enterprise have not bothered to respond
