Had hire car through no fault accident and had to give credit card which was supposed to be for security. A few days in to the hire I checked credit card and saw that £69.99 had been charged to it. Rang Enterprise and was told it was for 0 excess and that I had agreed to it. I DEFINITELY had not but I had put my signature in about 4 places so apparently I had signed somewhere agreeing to this without my knowledge. Rang Enterprise and was told that it would be refunded and new paperwork issued and that it was not a problem !!!! When I went in they were adamant that they had explained the excess to me Which they had definitely not done and after saying that they would refund on the phone they now refused to. Colleagues were covering each other's backs. The chap that we dealt with was smirking at my anger and frustration and when asked why he said it was because I was upset. USE THEM AT YOUR PERIL
