Picked up a VW Golf from Gatwick two weeks ago, was asked to check car with rep which we did, however was not told to check tyres also had to check black car in very dark car park. Over the next two weeks we had a great time and because the car was not ours looked after it very very well. This morning we handed the car back only to b told there was a mark on the tyre which would have to b replaced, we were not amused!!!!!!!
Not once did we hit a curb not once did we abuse the car in any way and in fact on the day we picked up the car when we reached our destination we noticed that there was a big stain on the back seat of the car and the cup holders were sticky. We rang Enterprise straight away and told them we were in dispute as we were not told to check tyres at ant time, how could we in the dark.
Will never use them again and will go out of my way to warn people against them.

We were told that there was a "bolt" in our tyre, despite me checking around the car when I left it. We asked for the evidence way before anything was done on the car and they said they would let us see the tyre and bolt. It never appeared and they proceeded to take £200 from our bank. We took this further and would have taken them to court over this but they have agreed to refund our money, although 3 weeks later they have not. If it does not appear, we will take this company to court.
