Had an accident back in Jan 2014 my insurance referred me to enterprise for courtesy car. The service was godd and the advisor was smart in appearance. We surveyed the car and noticed there was a massive dent in the side that had not been picked up from the previous rental. this was noted down. I had the car for 2 weeks and unfortunately whilst travelling to work, I had a chip on the windscreen.
When returning the car, I pointed this out and told it was no problem. The chip was 0.5mm.
fast forward 5 MONTHS LATER i get a invoice for £190 about a 4mm chip??? WHAT! this money was taken out of my account without prior notification! The car has been used during this time and the windscreen was repaired 4months later after i returned it. this is not right, obviously the car has been used whilst not servicing the chipped windscreen and now it has cracked , I am now held responsible.. I don't think so I want my mony back please!!!!!!!!
