Was a shambles from start to finish. They changed the pick up location, we only found this out when we requested a pick up. Once we were there they tried to overcharge us, but we had our reservation there and ready with the lower price, so we managed to avoid that.
They gave us the keys and we went with an employee to inspect the car, it was incredibly dark and the car was filthy, but we trusted the employee would note any damage.
We returned the car in another location, however the drop off location we were provided with was just an office, not a branch where you can pick up/drop off cars so we wasted a lot of petrol driving around a city we didn't know trying to find the office we needed.
To top it off, they claim we scratched the car, although we are certain we didn't, and the scratch was under a thick layer of dirt, so it was clearly there a long time (great way to stiff multiple customers with the bill). So they are withholding our deposit until the "damage" is assessed. From reading these reviews I see this is all common practice for this abysmal company.
