I rented from enterprise Norwood Green branch and upon returning the car found there were scratches on the rear bumper just behind the wheel, they took full £700 access money and it’s been more than a month and a half but they haven't come back to me with any money that there may be outstanding after the repair work.
I have called them many times but the staff is clueless and doesn't make much effort to inquire what’s the status and keep telling me that they haven't received invoice from the workshop. They told me that the car was back from workshop on fourth day after the repair but the workshop is too busy to send out the invoices.
This shows enterprise' customer service polices, they have a policy to get a car out of a workshop in four days but they don't have a policy to get a piece of paper out in eight weeks!!
Pathetic customer service which starts from their branch and end in their branch whatever happens outside they don't give a toss.
Will never recommend anyone to go to enterprise!!
