I was given enterprise rental as part of an insurance claim.
I would not have picked them, they picked me up an hour and a half late and did not make it clear that they would then take me to uxbridge top get a car.
They then rushed me out.
When returning the car they wanted me to drive all the way back to uxbridge in my time and at my expense but I dropped the car at the garage of my father in law where my car was.
Upon picking up they got the garage owner to sign, did not point out any damage and there was not any when I dropped the car off.
They did not contact me, simply charged me £300 and 6 months on have still been unable to provide me with a simple receipt of the damage repairs. They now simply ignore my emails and do not call back.
Simple robbery.
