Ordered a car online to pick up next day from bradford queens road branch. Got there with all forms of I.d, checked them over then said they had to do a check on my address which apparently come back that they could not rent to me but could not tell me why. Was very unhelpful. Did not understand why as I have hired cars before. Ended up going to Europe cars where I have rented before with no problems and as before got a car straight away. Do not rent with these, try Europe cars staff there were so helpful and friendly. I have never felt as belittled as if I had committed some sort of crime that could not be disclosed, it's disgusting. Came out feeling really upset.

Recently I hired a Car from Enterprise, just outside Uxbridge when I picked the car up I trusted the guy who recorded the damages on the car:my biggest mistake as there was a damage just below the eye line below the door which I didn't pick up.When I returned the car I was charged £250 for the damage.I protested my innocence only to asked if I remembered driving over a rock.Damages like these must bring Enterprise lots of money!In the end "Karma" will catch up with them.

I've just had the same happen to me in B'ham. I've managed to cancel my bank card. I've read loads of posts in the same vein......its too much to be a coincidence!!!!.....It's a good job we're in the internet age!!!!!STAY WELL AWAY!
