No key elements to like.
We were given a courtesy car following ours being stolen. The car itself was not a good substitute, just space for a car seat, but no boot. We were unable to fit a pram in the boot. It was a crappy small car which rocked from side to side at traffic lights in the wind or when another car went passed.
The car we were given had a tax disc which expired 4 days earlier and I was stopped by the police at day 15 for it being out of date after being reassured by the company it was not a problem - don't trust them!
On returning the car we were informed it needed to be 3/4 full of petrol. This had not been mentioned when the car was delivered or the day before when a guy from the company rang to confirm when it would be dropped off.
