On 12/12/2012 i had a non fault accident and phone my insurance aaaaaaat 9 am the next day.(what i thought) to make a claim .they said that i have full protection.They said that enterprise rent a car will loan me a car for the duration of my claim. ok i stated.they will contact you withing 2hr.They will also be handling my car problems. withing 5 min telecall from enterprise.we have been passed on from you ins . we have a car but unable to deliver it as where short staffed.so i catch 3 buses to get to there shop. mean while i have a call from Incident management solutions(ims) stating they had been instructed by enterprise to have my car collected and taken to a local garage for inspection.so i hire the car. 3 days goes by and i have a telcall from ims saying that my car is a write off and i have a choice.1 i can let them deal with it or option 2 it can be passed back to my under writers. so i asked how much where they offering for my car.and they said that they cant tell me unless i chose option 1. so i said that im not going to commit my self unless i have it in writing. no you have to make up your mind now over the phone.so i said i want time to consider and seek legal advice. obvioously i had advise not to go with them.so they came and collected my car and left me 5 days without a car until i sorted it out my self. might i ad that i am disabled and spoke to the manager and all he came back with was it head offices decision. well what a manager.gold star there. car was stinking of fuel i had to catch buses to get to there depot and then left stranded even though i have full comp and my insurance told them to loan me a car.

I HAVE BEEN IN CONTACT WITH THE AREA MANAGER AND STILL HAVE HAD NOTHING BUT BAD LANGUAGE FROM (name removed) FROM PONTYPRIDD BRANCH AND (name removed) THE AREA MANAGER.THEY NEED TO GO ON A CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING COURSE.SAID THEY COULD NOT GET ME A CAR FOR 4 DAYS BUT LIED AS THEY WAS STALLING FOR TIME. THEN THEY WANTED TO COLLECT CAR EARLIER THAN HIRED FOR.THEN THEY CALLED AT MY HOUSE WERE RUDE TO MY CHILDREN FOR ME TO RETURN CAR EARLY TO THEM.THAT WILL SOON BE SORTED MIND.ALL IN ALL A VERY VERY SAD COMPANY TO DEAL WITH AND WILL GO WITH GULLIVERS RENTAL NEXT TIME. AND THE MANAGERS HAVE NO PULL AS THERE ALL AFRAID OF THE BOSS..£6.75 PER HOUR.HAHAHA
