Returned a car to the agent at Heathrow after having the car for 10 days whilst on hoilday in the UK and then flew back to Australia.
There was no damage whatsover to it and it was in the same condition it was in when we picked it up. 5 weeks later $595.00 was taken out of my account by these idiots for supposed damage. When they were contacted I was told that it was due to damage to a wheel arch. An invoice was then received in the mail for damage to the rear bumper so they couldn't even get their stories straight. There was no damage to the car when I returned it and this is just plain outright theft. Don't go anywhere near them.
