“Dishonest”

I rented a car that I upgraded for an agreed higher rate of 22.5 pounds. The guy withdrew from my account 10 pounds more and after calling they say there is no chance I will get a refund, these are taxes I am paying, as VAT, Airport charges (?!?!?!?) and that were not comunicated to me.

Just a word: Dishonest
