How's this for a modern car rental company? You go online and you reserve a car. A screen appears telling you that your reservation is complete. You contact the company on a separate issue and they tell you that they can't actually rent you a car when their screen said they would because they don't actually have any cars to rent for a days. Yet their online system cheerfully misleads you into thinking that they are a car rental company with card to rent. Has no-one told these dolts that there is a recession on and that it is not a problem to go to another company. My advice? Stay a million miles away from Enterprise Car Rental. If you read this and still reserve with them then...........
