Terrible company. Do not use

When I arrived at my destination there was no car. Rang the emergency number where the person on the end treated me like a complete idiot until he realised that it WAS their mistake. He assured me that any extra costs that I had to pay out for would be refunded on my return. We therefore had no choice but to take out car hire at nearly double the cost. They are now refusing to refund the difference. Their customer service is appalling, and there are a lot of negative reviews online. I can't stress enough, do not use this company.
