Everything as expected, no hidden charges

We have used Enjoy every time we visit the Algarve and have never had a problem, Best Deal was our third provider having used PAA and Masterkings on previous bookings through Enjoy. No problems, we had been informed in advance that the car would now be picked up outside the airport and we were shuttled to and from the airport as with many of the smaller companies due to the recent introduction of a 15 euro charge. We booked the smallest car and were given a Fiat Panda less than 2 years old, a few minor marks on the bodywork, tyres OK, upholstery was a bit stained, drove as expected other than being underpowered on hills but fine for a hire car. Straightforward pickup, didn't have to pay for motorways we weren't going to use, fuel left the same as on collection. As normal, excess blocked on credit card but I always take out excess insurance in advance. Drop off and shuttle back to the airport, friendly polite service.
