I used this company for the first time last month. Everything was very smooth from start to finish and the condition of the Kia Sportage automatic was like brand new. All costs were clear and the (small) deposit was returned very quickly after the rental. Will definitely use again and can recommend.

I have hired cars from Elephant Car Rental for the past three years and have always been delighted by the service and quality of vehicles supplied. The booking in procedure is very simple, each time I was met at the arrival terminal of Paphos Airport, escorted a few metres to their “Office” handed over my driving licence, signed the rental document, paid the money, taken to the car and drove away, in less than 10 minutes. Remarkable!! Returning the car was as easy, leave it in a designated place on the Airport Car Park, hand the keys back and then back to the Airport ready for your flight home. Every car provided has been as ordered, modern and immaculately valeted. This year I am flying to Larnaca and staying in Limassol and the car will be delivered to my hotel at the advertised price.

I booked a 6-seater car for my family vacation in Cyprus but was not sure what I would get so I sent a short email to inquire. Within hours I received a phone call informing me of all the details I needed, and was offered an upgrade for a larger car. The company's representative met us at the airport as planned and we received a nice 7-seater van. I wasn't comfortable with the tires, though, as they were a bit worn out. The next day a representative came to our residence and took the car, leaving us his car in case we needed it for any emergency, and came back within an hour with 4 brand new tires. This was an excellent personalised experience by Elephant team and a great value for money in terms of the price we received. Thank you so much, and we will definitely use you again.

With Elephant Rent a car you get what you asked for. A good car in good, clean condition. The right size. No hidden extras, free cancellation and friendly, helpful staff. The whole service from being met at the airport to return of the car, and being dropped back to the airport if you prefer is excellent. We always use Elephant in Cyprus because they are the best.
