I frequently book rental cars and I am use to being hit with hidden extras and high fuel costs so I was expecting something similar with Elephant. Pleasantly there wasn't any. There was the extra insurance I was offered to cover the excess, but its optional and something I have never taken out before. Apart from this there was nothing. There didn't even try hard selling of this insurance.
The fuel policy was great as you didn't actually have to pay for the fuel at the inflated rates they normally offer. Just return the car with a full tank of fuel on return, therefore paying the standard rate at the fuel station.
I will gladly use this company again and recommend it to friends.
