Horrible, Horrible, Horrible!!!

Please, please do not use this company!!! I rent cars in the UK every week and regularly overseas. I was suspicious of their pricing in Dubrovnik and when it came to collect my car I can see why! I too was told that I could collect from their City Office, and coincidently they had no knowledge of it when I was searching the streets looking for it (as I've read in another review). Called their customer service who were rude and pathetically unhelpful. They basically said "tough luck" which is really useful when it's costing you a fortune to call from abroad. All in all, cost me around €40 EXTRA in calls and return taxis to the actual location. Honestly, I'm not just saying this to rant. Save yourself the hassle and use a reputable company (and avoid the unpleasant experience of dealing with them on the phone when it all goes wrong.......especially the patronising manager, who will accuse you of being a liar and being unable to read.......pleasant!!!). If Trading Standards would do anything (which they won't) I would report them as soon as I returned home!!!
