We arrived on a Saturday evening and the car was made ready to us by Hertz;
The car (from Hertz) was compliant with EconomyCar rental voucher. Car was looking nice with automatic gearbox and Hertz people also very friendly and nice with us.
Later, we had a body damage in a small village - where i had to go back with no visibility. Thanks to the full damage insurance included with economycarrental agreement, the damage excess - limited to 500 € - was reimburse after two months - we had to pay HERTZ when we returned the car.
This experience with economycarrental was very positive, from the early stages of booking - 6 months in advance - until the process of claim control and reimbursement for the damage excess ! This is a serious company, committed and very fair with a closed follow up from the customer service.
