“Very Good Service, money back with no complaints”

We rented a car from Gatwick, upon return it had picked up a scratch under the back wheel rim (something I didn't notice).

Anyway after paying for the damage ,144 pounds, and being unable to file a police report due to having to catch a flight and having no time. I didn't file a report until after my vacation, expecting to be told simple nothing could be done.

Despite this I was refunded the full amount with no complaints.
I also found them to be the cheapest company on the web.
Would recommend to a friend.
