I have rented through ECR several times now. They have very low rates. Nevertheless their service is good and fast (e.g. voucher in your email within 3 minutes).
Each time I got good to almost new cars from large renowned rental companies like Advantage/Hertz or Sixt.
Rates include everything so no surprises or additional costs at pick up; pick up taking only a few minutes this way.

After being involved in an accident I sent all the required documents to ECR. I got an immediate acknowledgement that they received the documents. Each time ECR answered my questions within 2 hours. Status updates were sent regularly. After 1.5 month the excess (500 euros) had been refunded by ECR.
