I rented a car several times by economy car rentals, mainly because the price was good. I was always lucky with it.
In Australia I had the first problem: I had an accident, the police said that I was liable. I had to pay my oart of the damage (about 2000€) to Hertz (the rental company).
Now, about 5 months after the accident, I got the money back by economy car rentals.
It's true: Coverage without extra costs.
I only had to be a little patient.
