We picked our car up from the sixt desk at Paphos airport.
The car was terrible filthy inside and out with broken rear light.
Refused it . The second car was just as bad but was told it was that or nothing, 10km into our journey the exhaust broke so it sounded like a tractor and then the ns headlight went .I then had to go back to the airport the next morning for a third car unbelievable
I had to contact economy car hire in the uk four times with not much help had to do all the work myself . returning to the uk i e-mailed to complain all i got was the usual generic reply and a 5% discount code for next time "aye right" they are happy to take your money but if you have a problem they are not interested NEVER AGAIN
The 5% discount wouldnt even cover the cost of the mobile charges
