It is always a worry when you book something online! Will it be as it says, will it be reliable, will it all be as you expect etc.....
Well, I am pleased to say that this service IS! I booked 2 cars for myself and friends we were travelling with. On arrival, we were met by a representative outside the airport terminal (Mo Car), exactly as they had informed me they would. We were shown to our cars and signed paperwork along with our paperwork we were asked to bring. We had to pay for a tank of diesel and this WAS about double the price of a tank in Spain, but the info did say that it may be more! (perhaps double was a bit steep, but this increase STILL made the overall price of the car LESS than others!!) We were to return the cars with as little fuel as possible, which we did. On the way back to the airport we got a puncture!! I called them when we landed to explain and ask what happens (it was a Sunday). I was told I would receive a call on Monday if there was a problem, it is now Wednesday and no call, so I can only assume that there is NO problem! Very happy with it all, would definitely recommend them and use them again!! Hope this helps you make your decision.
