In mid-July we booked a convertible car for our 1 week vacation starting in late August. This was a big deal for us: a driving vacation in a beautiful part of the world. At Seattle airport Fox Rental Car couldn't tell us when they would have a convertible available. In order to get to our ferry boat and island hotel that night we had to leave -- after waiting an hour at the car facility. We never did get our convertible. WE DID pay for it.
We reported this to you via email during the trip. We reported this to Fox in person on return to Seattle. We reported this to you by email on return home. We reported this to Fox by email and telephone on return home.
Nobody cares, nobody has any answers. Everybody says its everyone else's fault and they are 'checking'. Fox says they can't help because we reported it to you. You guys send automated computer generated inquiries but No answers. Everybody is hiding behind someone else.
You created your overseas business alliances. That's not my fault. I feel you and Fox Rental Car should honor them, and I should not get caught in the middle and cheated.
