I rented a car by Internet from the 25th to the 31st of August & prepaid my car by Internet. When I reached fumicino airport in Italy from Spain, surprisingly the car rental office which economybookings.com mailed
me it's name, told me "there is not your name here " & although I told them my booking number they refused to give me a car although I prepaid it & again when I asked all other rent a car offices in the airport another company(dollar)told me that we have your name but we cannot give you a car because of Internet problem.
I had to go by train without having a ticket & seat & paid 100Euro fine because we had no tickets.
In the 27th of Aug I rented a car from another company but please tell me what could I do with my wife & my 5 years old child.
I mailed the economybookings.com & complained against the problem that they produce for me but they mailed me that we will search for the problem & after 2 weeks there is no reply & they requested me to give my opinion about their service!!!!!
