Reserved a car in Spain (pick up in Valladolid and drop off in Santander) this Summer and had a great experience. Quickly booked a car online with an unlimited mileage, CDW, road tax etc included. We also booked a child seat but for the additional cost. Drop off at another location cost us an extra charge of € 90, but it was a planning cost.
When we arrived in Valladolid, we found out that the car is almost new but there were some issues with electronics and one of the indicators was not working. But we had luck and our car was changed for another of the same class. A nice one, but with a few scratches on its exterior, that were marked in a damage report. My rental went without accidents, so when I returned the car, all scratches fit in with a report so everything was ok. The deposit was returned to my credit card very quickly after the rental.
It was easy and quick process to complete all forms and procedures when we collected the car and completely hassle-free to return the car, plus car rental company representatives helped us with our luggage. So we are very happy with the service.
