I felt ripped off by ths company because they claim they put petrol worth 30£ in the car which is not true Having lived and driven cars in the UK ,I was amazed that the so called 30 £ fuel was probably Just under 20 pounds, for a relatively new car 2012, I only barely covered 40 miles before the fel indicator went on red! Booked the car with them. Called several times I make sure about location, was told that they are next to Mariott. Whig made it confusing, and there is no signage to show where they are. When they are actually located in Sheraton hotel ( I think that would be easier to say to me in the first place). They emailed ahead of our departure date, detailed instructions on how to collect the car from their office Sheraton Skyline (not far away at all). Prices are definitely competitive on the website, however once the access is reduced the price it is not as appealing, hence I am writting this review to get extra £5 off. Initially I found it a little awkward to get to from T5, however the advisor Khalid with great service offered to me that next time they can drop and pick me up at the Terminal. I was impressed with my experience using easirent in terms of a) quality, b) friendly service and c) flexibility. The car we hired was the cheapest of the automatics but it was brand new with lots of great features and perfectly cleaned. Told the guy sat behind the desk that i paid for everything online including excess waiver on a car hire comparison website.Apparently you still have to either buy their insurance at i think £10.00 a day,or they will hold £1250.00 on a credit or debit card.....(i don't have that kind of money or credit cards hence......cheap car rental). We had a hassle-free experience with two rentals from Easirent. One was a nice larger family vehicle and the other was a small economy vehicle. Service was friendly and helpful and staff were helpful in the office as well as at the central call centre where they made helpful suggestions about the best options for my rental. I was picked up from my Heathrow hotel and taken to the Easirent depot to collect my car, and was given a free upgrade. The car was excellent, spotless but had almost no petrol. I only needed to do a small amount of mileage so calculating how much petrol to buy was difficult. I left more petrol in the tank for the next customer than I received, that's for sure.
