Just adding my experience to help others. Rental with Heathrow Airport
Hired a 1 year old ford fiesta for 3 days just to get me home 10 miles away. Didnt use in that time, drove carefully in 20 miles total use.
Got stung with a 2mm mark on one alloy human eye struggles to see. £200 damage + £50 admin fess. So what should have cost me £42, ended up $292. Totally unpleasant fake staff. Manager wasnt available etc etc, no surnames given by front desk. All are in on the operation, brainwashed by Head office. To work for this company your morals seriously have to be question. Bigger problem though is the industry not giving serious effort to regulate it effectively.
