I rented a car at Easirent and the whole process online was easy and a lot cheaper than most of other companies.
Went to their office and I was served fairly quickly, the guy was nice and explained the offers and details and accepted immediately that I had my personal excess insurance. The car had already quite a few scratches and wasn't perfectly clean, which made difficult the initial check out of the car and for me to find if the existing damages were already noted. However, had no trouble with the car and the return process was easy and quick. I didn't have any new damage so I don't know how difficult it is to deal with them when returning a damaged car, but overall I had a good experience and will use their service again!
