I just want to say the team at Karl business park are fabulous, especially Ursula!
She really is a positive ray of sunshine, who is upbeat & professional.
I had to postpone my booking as I had missed my flight & I was worried the booking might be canceled but she reassured me that she would put a note in the system.
Sure enough when I arrived the next day she greeted me with a smile & my name & my booking was intact!
When I left the car back today, there she was to check it over, smiling, professional & pleasant!
Thanks Ursula & the team, you're fantastic & we'll see you again.
