My experience was 'smooth as you like' :) The online booking process was perfect and the car was considerably cheaper compared to other car hire companies.

The rep that dealt with us was excellent. Very personable and professional. I had a bit of a situation when I forgot my credit card pin number but he was very patient and helpful.

11 out of 10. Will 100% use again.
