Not an efficient service. I had to phone 3 times for pick up at Birmingham airport. Then had to wait in a queue at the Crown Plaza, the guys at the desk were really nice and they are obviously very busy.
The car was ok but not very clean, the inside of the windscreen was dirty and that combined with the lack of screen wash made driving the motorway in the dark very difficult.
The return service was also very rush but then had to wait some time for a lift back to the airport.
