Received car through easirent as a courtsey car due to their client running into my car, the claims side were very good and arranged things quickly, afraid the actually Aberdeen depot we got it from were disappointing, was suppose to receive the car Monday morning to the Friday got a call the Sunday night to say couldnt arrange to deliver car til on the Monday but should be with me by 1 !! received the car at 1.45!! On collection got a phone call to say wouldn't be able to collect Friday and would be over the weekend didn't appear got a phone call and it was arranged for 11 am on the Tuesday no one turned up then get a phone call the Wednesday at 1 that someone would be out that after noon as they managed to free up staff all very good but do they expect me to stay in all time until it's suitable for them to collect!, cars been picked up today only 5 days late !! Disappointed by company
