Easirent Car Hire - Easy to deal with

I found Easirent easy to deal with from the start. I made my booking by telephone with one of their representatives who was very helpful and we agreed the terms and details of the hire, which he confirmed by email.

This would have been a 5 star review had the young lady in the office when I arrived (via their excellent courtesy shuttle) not tried to change the terms I had agreed with the man who arranged my booking. Hsd she succeeded I would have been liable to pay more. However, I insisted that she phone the office through which I had made the booking and speak to the representative there that I had dealt with. Unfortunately he was not available but she managed to speak to his manager who told her to proceed with the agreement as made - which she did, along with an apology.

The car that I had ordered was then immediately produced, with a full tank of petrol as I had requested and was spotlessly clean and functioned well.

When returning the car all was smooth, swift and efficient, again with a good shuttle ride back to the airport.

And yes, we will rent a car from Easirent again.
