Picked up the car at LHR location. Was given a story about insurance and made to take out more. No parcel shelf in the vehicle therefore all my cases and parcels were on display and the vehicle couldn't be left safely. And no windshield washer fluid, not safe because I needed it when the windshield was dirty at night! I'm not at all happy with this rental.
They asked on the website to be contacted before leaving a bad review but you can't contact them!
Drop off went fine!
