Afterwards, the sense was " Our situation could have been much worse." First, when making the reservation, it was not clear the pickup was 30 minutes and £10 away. Second, whilst the staff tried hard at the remote location, we waited 90 minutes before our car was available. Third, when the car arrived, despite having paid for a Mercedes C-class, automatic transmission, we were offered a maual, sub-compact. Fortunately, the traffic staff said they felt guilty and arranged a minimally satisfactory car. We will never use them again.
