Ridiculous service. Do not use!

Easirent - nothing but a rip off. Paid £92 online to book the car. Knew there would be a few additional costs. But never imagined the costs they added on. Because I did not have a credit card to put a £1500 deposit on (this is for every vehicle) I got charged £27 a day for fully comp insurance. But they also took a holding deposit of £500 anyway! so I ended up paying £230 for 5 days of rental. Plus I was charged £25 for a "full tank" of petrol which wasn't even half and in the car I got a full tank would cost you £35.

The staff serving were too busy distracting us with conversation to go though any costs with us properly. In hind sight I wish I would have cancelled the service there and then and taken the £95 loss.

The car itself was in good condition but obviously wasn't cleaned properly as it stunk of cigarette smoke, so bad it made me heave.

This company are making money out of misleading customers with hidden charges and deposits that are impossible to put down, costing you more money.

You think your saving money by using this company but I have no doubt that I would have paid a lot less if I went to any other company!
