I booked my reservation online and tried to add a GPS and extra driver; however, when I received my confirmation neither were included. I was aware the online price was different than purchasing at time of pickup so I called Easirent to have those two extras added to my reservation. The reservations rep stated they could not add it but that it would be taken care of at time of pickup.

When I picked up the vehicle, the GPS and extra driver were added but the options were now at the more expensive not online price.

Calling Easirent only gets you to their reservations reps. They then tell you they will send an email to their customer service manager. They will not give you the number of the customer service manager. It took over 3 months of calls and emails to be told what I already knew -- that the online price is different from purchasing at time of pickup! If they had stated I couldn't get the online price I would have cancelled the original reservation and tried booking it again with the options.

Easirent does not stand behind their reservations reps when they make a commitment to provide a certain price. I feel like I was given the old "bait and switch" and spent too much time trying to resolve an issue that could have been closed with one email or phone call.
