I had a complaint regarding the handling of my booking ... although a response was received (through constant chasing) Part of the issue was resolved but not completely to my satisfaction. E mails sent to the CEO highlighting my dissatisfaction with Customer services, still have not been responded to. I would recommend avoiding using Easirent as they are anything but!!!
