Good and quick service. Great to have assistance on webchat from Easirent employee while booking. Will definitely rent again from Easirent.

One recommendation for other customers. If you are arriving at Heathrow Term 1-3 do not wait for the free bus. It only runs every 30 minutes and you may end up stopping at the other terminals and a handful of other hotels before getting to Sheraton Skyline. I wasted over an hour on the wait and bus journey. Just jump into a taxi for GBP 5 for the short and quick ride over there....
