Unprofessional

My care rental reservation was made with Fox Car Rental via Expedia. Both the desk and vehicle were reported to be "in terminal" however, on arrival, there was no signage and no one new of the company in the car rental center at Gatwick airport.

I then had to call the US to get the number of the local office. When I got the number I called and was told the office was in the hotel across from the terminal. On arrival at the hotel and asking for Fox car rental I was told fully that the "Easirent" office was down stairs. It was only then that I found out that Fox is represented in the UK by Easirent.

The check in process was poor with no computerization of the check in process. The insurance offered had many clauses that were really ridiculous when I was buying fully comprehensive insurance with no deductable yet there were a number of Clauses that seemed to contradict this.

Lastly, the vehicle was half full of gas for which I was charged £30 yet, when I filled the vehicle it cost less than £40 to fill!

Overall Easirent is a totally unproffessional company with whom I found dealing to be difficult and always felt that I was, in some way, being ripped off.
