Awful service, rude & ignorant staff....didn't get the car I reserved & paid for....wasn't told prior to collection I was liable for any screen/tyre costs as they were not included in insurance or breakdown cover.
Was told pre-authorisation of credit card to cover damage...took the money before car even returned...when queried this was given no help being told "this has happened before"!! Asked to speak to manager & was refused......
First time I have used them & definately the last....
