Easirent Vehicle Rental www.easirent.com Review

I hired one of your cars at LGW through your agent rentalcars.com. When I did a search on the Internet they were the frst to pop up before your website. It was my understanding the rental car was to be pricked up at LGW. Not offsite that required waiting on a bus & going off site!!! Once at your company I was informed I had to pay extras (nearly double what I original paid on the website). I have never had to do ths with car rentals. I was especially annoyed, as well as other customers at your counter, that I had to pay extra for fuel. I was not warned about this, especially as I did not use much mileage. Ths was money I in effect wasted!! Yor staff were very friendly & informed me that if I had booked directly through your company website it would have saved me money significantly. I find ths very irritating & I really think you should do something about your agent which clearly makes a lot of money out of making your customers disloyal to you in the future because they have lost so much money!!!
