I had to pay for fuel when i picked up the car and had to return the car empty tank. When you rent a car you never know how long you will drive. I filled up full tank and return with half tank. Its was almost £ 60 fuel. I sent mail to customer service to ask about refund, No respons.

It's a real mystery to me how so many of the reviews have similar wording and they range from rip off to outstanding in the same Hire centres. On the same day at the same centre the feedback has been friendly, efficient, helpful and at the same time - Rip off, never use again. watch out, dishonest etc. I have to wonder what is going on? It's a mystery.
