It was not clear that I had to get a Heathrow airport bus rather than a dedicated one and it took a very long time to get to the collection point. It also took a long time to process my rental at which stage I as informed that the Volvo SUV I had hired was not available and nor was an equal alternative. I was then offered a Volvo car but that was subsequentlly also not available. I was then asked if I wanted an automatic car, as I had ordered one I said yes unless it will take a lot longer.I was then asked to wait in the Hotel Reception area. After a considerable time I went back to the office to enquire about the car and was told it was being filled with petrol. I eventually recived a car after well over an hour. On the plus side the staff processed a refund for the difference in the cars and when I returned the car four days later one of the staff apologised for the hassle and drove me to the airport terminal I was leaving from.
